Flude Property Consultants are delighted to share with you the most recent industrial market update prepared by our dedicated industrial agents; Alex Roberts, Ollie Hockley and Sebastian Martin.
There remains to be a lack of industrial / warehouse stock on the South Coast with strong demand and take up from occupiers. This has been evident with speculatively developed schemes in Chichester at The Mill and Donnington Business Park where there has been high levels of demand, with only one unit remaining at each site.
We were excited to launch the former Argus print premises in Q4 2021 which brings much needed refurbished warehouse accommodation in Brighton. We have also seen more sales in recent months, demonstrating very low yields, which shows the growth in the industrial / warehouse industry and the ever increasing demand and competition for freehold industrial stock.
