3,650 Sq Ft of Office Space Located in the Heart of Brighton Let To a Leading TV Post-Production House

We are delighted to announce the letting of 3,650 sq ft of space to Virtual Post; a leading cloud based TV post-production house.
This landmark building is located in the heart of the City Centre close to the Clock Tower, and just 5 minutes’ walk from the seafront, Churchill Square shopping centre and Brighton Station.
After a successful marketing campaign and a good level of interest, terms were secured with Virtual Post for a new lease of part of the second floor.
Virtual Post's goal has been to innovate post-production to make it more available and inclusive since its inception. They offer services in all parts of the post-production process, including media management, editorial, video finishing, colour grading, audio mixing, quality control and final mastering.
