Alice Masterman Qualifies as a RICS Chartered Surveyor

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Alice Masterman has qualified as a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
Alice joined Flude in 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor and was promoted to Surveyor earlier this year. Her main area of focus is the Retail & Leisure sector within our Portsmouth office. Alice made the decision to undertake her APC and has put all of her hard work and efforts into becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor, now gaining MRICS status.
Surveyor, Alice Masterman, commented. “It’s an incredibly daunting process, but Flude helped me stay focused and assisted me throughout. I am part of the RICS MATRICS Committee, and through them I managed to attend a number of useful CPD events prior to my APC. I’d also like to thank my Counsellor Callum Woodgate, and everyone else that helped me with mocks and Q&A’s along the way.”
