
Another Strong Office Rent Achieved in Brighton City Centre

Acting on behalf of Nuveen Real Estate and Alchemy Asset Management, Flude Property Consultants are delighted to have finalised the letting of the 3rd floor suite at Frederick House in Brighton.
Nuveen Real Estate’s extensive fit out of the space is the latest in a string of plug & play offerings Flude have been involved with around the city. Flude were instructed to market the fully fitted and furnished suite, complete with shower / changing facilities, parking, pre-installed high speed broadband and a communal south facing roof terrace. Flude’s dedicated office agent, Ed Deslandes, had no concerns the space would be let quickly given the level of demand for good quality space which is ready for immediate occupation.
The space was let to one of the cities thriving digital agencies at a headline rent of £41psf and which is the latest in a series of premium rents achieved in the Brighton office market.
