2 & 2A Broadwater Street West, Worthing, has been successfully sold to a local investor after attracting strong interest and multiple offers.

The property, let to Tesco Stores Limited at an annual rent of £35,000, was sold for an undisclosed sum against a guide price of £575,000. Located on Broadwater Street West, an established retail parade approximately two miles north of Worthing town centre and positioned on one of the main arterial routes into the town. The area benefits from a diverse mix of national and independent retailers, office occupiers and public amenities, enhancing its appeal as a robust investment opportunity.

The purchaser was advised by Jon Justice of Justice & Co, with special thanks to Damien Newton of Warner Goodman Solicitors, who acted on behalf of the seller throughout the transaction.
