Flude Property Consultants have let 151-152 Western Road to Barnardo’s the children’s charity. The ground floor, former Shoe Zone unit, is 3,000 sq ft and located on a busy part of Western Road, which sees a lot of footfall.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, "We had a wide range of interested parties in the unit and the letting has now completed to Barnardo’s.
