Callum Woodgate is Promoted to Director

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Callum Woodgate has been promoted from Associate to Director.
Callum joined Flude in 2014 and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Callum works within the firm’s professional services department, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of a variety of landlord and tenant clients, together with the preparation of valuation reports. Callum now has over 8 years’ experience within the industry.
Now based in Portsmouth, Callum’s role as Director will see him lead the expansion of the professional department in the Hampshire commercial property market. He will endeavour to continue offering his clients an exceptionally high standard of service.
