Flude Property Consultants are pleased to announce the successful sale of 14-15 East Street and 1a St Martins Street, Chichester to a private property company. BWP Commercial acted for the buyer.
The property occupies a prominent 100% prime position on the northern side of East Street, close to the historic Market Cross. East Street is one of Chichester’s principal retail thoroughfares and benefits from a fully pedestrianised environment, attracting strong levels of footfall throughout the year.
The retail unit is let to Holland & Barrett Retail Limited on a 10-year lease commencing on 5 November 2024, providing secure long-term income in a prime city centre location. 1a St Martins Street is let to a local barber.
The transaction was handled by Mark Minchell, who acted on behalf of the vendor.
