Flude Property Consultants are pleased to have just concluded a letting to Greggs in Fareham.
The landlord acquired this substantial property at auction a number of years ago, which was previously tenanted by Argos. Following their closure, we worked with the landlord who subdivided the property to create six units over two floors.
Greggs have taken Units 2 and 3, which occupy a prominent corner position on West Street in Fareham. The unit is much larger than the one they occupied a few doors down and totals around 2,900 sq ft. We also have Unit 1 under offer subject to planning and interest in the other ground floor units.
