We are delighted to announce that Collinson Group, a global leader in the provision of a range of travel related services, including airport lounges, loyalty programs, and travel insurance, has acquired 9,000 sq ft of high quality office space at Sheencroft House, Haywards Heath.

Following a comprehensive search for their next office location, Collinson chose to remain in Haywards Heath, reinforcing their commitment to the area. Sheencroft House stood out due to the extensive refurbishment planned by the landlord to provide high-quality accommodation and excellent transport links.

This latest transaction means Sheencroft House is now 41% pre-let in advance of the refurbishment works.  Refurbishment works started in late March and ware scheduled for completion in July. The ground and first floors are being offered to let and will provide high specification office solutions ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 13,000 sq ft.

Director, Ed Deslandes, commented, “This was a complex transaction that involved agreeing an early surrender of the former tenants lease, whilst at the same time agreeing the simultaneous grant of a new lease to Collinson, and which included an obligation on our client to undertake a comprehensive programme of building upgrades and refurbishment works to facilitate the new letting, and all of which had to be agreed & completed within a very tight timeline.
