Darts Streaming Service Provider Take New Lease on Large Portsmouth Premises

Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market a large pub / restaurant premises in Portsmouth and have now completed the letting.
Offering over 7,000sq ft of space, the prominent character building was previously used as a pub / restaurant and was offered as a fully configured space with up to 150 covers and a bar area but the property has been let to Modus Darts; an online darts streaming service providing an online live darts league.
