Exchange House, Portsmouth Now Fully Let

Flude are pleased to have now fully let all of the retail units at Exchange House, Portsmouth.
Exchange House consists of seven units, which have been let out to a variety of tenants. From beauty space to a trophy shop, it has been great to see the premises been given a new lease of life, especially with this area being an established retail location and a densely populated suburb of Portsmouth.
Surveyor, Alice Masterman, commented, “This area of London Road was always seen as less prime space, but it actually sits on one of the busiest through roads in Portsmouth. The smaller units went on the market in December and were inundated with interest. This then made occupiers re think the prominent corner unit of Unit 4 and we put all three under offer at similar times on competitive terms.”
