Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market the freehold of 66 West Street; a mixed use investment situated on the principle retail street in Fareham.
Offering over 10,000 sq ft of space, the prominent Grade II listed building is arranged over four floors. The building is split vertically with a tenancy in part of the premises.
Flude’s comprehensive marketing campaign attracted a number of interested parties and the property was sold to a London based investment and development company for £935,000.
