The Ethical Property Foundation - propertyhelp.org - was established in 2004 to promote a shared vision that buildings should be run for the benefit of people and the planet. It advises charities and community groups on property issues.
Their work and advice includes:
- The opportunity to ask an expert.
- Answers to frequently asked questions.
- The provision of free webinars and live seminars presented by experts who have a thorough understanding of charity property needs.
- The Weston Property Manual – a practical guide for everyone in the voluntary sector who is looking to acquire and manage property successful for their organisations.
Flude have been a financial supporter of the Ethical Property Foundation since 2022 and are pleased to be renewing their support of the organisation into 2024.
