Flude Property Consultants are delighted to have concluded the sale of Sage House, City Fields Way, Tangmere, Chichester.
The property comprises a detached 10,014 sq ft single-storey healthcare and office building, which is occupied by Dementia Support, an excellent local charity. The property was sold to a Sussex based family pension fund.
Dementia Support started in 2014 and have utilised Sage House to provide a bespoke, modern and functional healthcare facility to bring local dementia services together under one roof and provide the latest support, information, advice and activities to those living with dementia.
