We are pleased to have sold a betting shop investment in Lee-On-The-Solent; a popular seaside location in Hampshire.
The property comprises a three storey end of terraced building. The building accommodates a ground floor retail unit and the upper two floors are arranged as offices, which are accessed separately. Externally, there is parking at the rear for four cars.
At the time of sale, the property had two leases in place. The ground floor retail unit was let to Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming and the two upper floors were let to St Vincent Care Homes Limited. The property uppers offered redevelopment potential, subject to planning and vacant possession.
