Flude Property Consultants have concluded the letting of a self-contained prominent corner unit in the Kemptown area of the city.
The property is situated on the corner of Upper St James's Street and Charlotte Street, which is home to numerous hotels. Upper St James's Street is not far from Brighton Pier, the seafront and Brighton Town Centre, which is a short walk to the west.
The property has been let to a hair salon.
