Flude Host Surveyors Reception for Units 4 & 5 Brighton Trade Park

Flude Property Consultants, together with our client Hanbury Properties and joint agent SHW, were pleased to host a surveyor’s reception to present the new trade/warehouse units at Brighton Trade Park, Crowhurst Road, Brighton.
The event was catered by Delicious Dishes, who provided a plentiful variety of excellent food and drink for the attendees.
Director, Andrew Halfacree, commented, “We had a really good turn out from commercial agents throughout Sussex and beyond. The response from the agents to the scheme was very positive as to the quality of the accommodation. Following extensive works to the site by our client, we have concluded transactions with Harwoods Jaguar Land Rover, Henfield Storage, Howden Joinery and Screwfix to establish a strong retail/ trade counter estate. We have units 4 and 5 remaining providing 4,000 sq ft and 12,000 sq ft respectively.”
