Flude Property Consultants Conclude the Letting of 6B Lineside, Littlehampton

On behalf of Legal and General, Flude Property Consultants have concluded the letting of 6B Lineside, Littlehampton to Meridian Medical Limited on a new FRI lease for a term of 5 years.
The property comprised a modern warehouse unit totalling 3,376 sq ft on the established Lineside Industrial Estate in Littlehampton.
SHW were joint agents.
