Flude Property Consultants Latest Site Visit to the New Moda Development, Sackville Road, Hove

Directors Ed Deslandes and Andrew Halfacree attended a site inspection, with joint agent Jon Rea-Palmer of LSH and the client Moda Living to see the progress of the development.
The scheme, located adjacent to Hove station, comprises 564 new rental homes together with 55,000 sq ft of commercial space providing Grade A office, retail and leisure accommodation in units from approximately 969 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft. To read more about the scheme, please see the brochure.
Practical completion is scheduled for Q2 2024.
Moda Living focus on providing high quality, well designed residential and commercial accommodation and the creation of community. The commercial accommodation within the scheme will provide attractive and appealing places to undertake business and to work.
