EG (Estates Gazette) have announced the 2023 Annual Agency Leaderboards and Flude are thrilled to have placed:

  • 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in the South East for Retail
  • 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in East Sussex
  • 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in Hampshire
  • 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in West Sussex
  • 3rd as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in the South East for Hotel & Leisure

Flude also placed in the top 10 on the national leaderboards for the total space transacted (sq ft) for Retail and by number of deals transacted for Hotel & Leisure alongside national firms.

We are also delighted to see Alice Masterman place 1st as Dealmaker of the Year by number of disposals and acquisitions in the South East.

Director, Andrew Halfacree, commented, “We have consistently ranked well in these awards. This year is our best ever performance, coming 1st in the most active agent categories for each of the three counties that we focus on. We also now feature in the top 10 of some of the countrywide categories. It, again, confirms our strong presence in the Sussex and Hampshire property markets and, in particular, the hard work, knowledge, experience and commitment of our talented team - both our front line fee earners and the administrative team that support them. It is very much a team effort”.

Surveyor, Alice Masterman, commented, “It is an absolute honour to win dealmaker of the year for the South East and it is a true reflection of the workload we have had on and the conversion to successful deals. It has really been a team effort from everyone involved and although it is scary starting from scratch again, I am ready for the challenge next year!”
