EG (Estates Gazette) have announced the 2023 Annual Agency Leaderboards and Flude are thrilled to have placed:

• 1^st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in the South East for Retail
• 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in East Sussex
• 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in Hampshire
• 1st as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in West Sussex
• 3rd as the Most Active Agent by number of disposals and acquisition in the South East for Hotel & Leisure

Flude also placed in the top 10 on the national leaderboards for the total space transacted (sq ft) for Retail and by number of deals transacted for Hotel & Leisure alongside national firms.

We are also delighted to see Alice Masterman place 1^st as Dealmaker of the Year by number of disposals and acquisitions in the South East.
