Flude have just completed the sale of the freehold interest of 74 Goldstone Road, Hove. The property comprised of 3 x 1 bedroom flats, with two of these already let by way of assured short hold tenancies.
The property was on the market at a guide price of £650,000 and sold for an undisclosed sum close to the guide price.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “This property attracted a lot of interest and we received multiple offers. It eventually sold to a local investor who has multiple other interests in the area.”
