Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market the attractive former bank premises in Seaford and have now let the unit to a Sussex based café operator.
The unit has a commanding corner position on Broad Street and is arranged over the ground, first and second floors. It offered over 2,000 sq ft of space and was marketed as an ideal café / restaurant opportunity.
