Former C&S Nameplate Building Sold

Flude Property Consultants have just sold the freehold interest of 37 Vale Road, Portslade on behalf of C&S Nameplates to a local cash buyer.
The property, which was arranged over two floors, with a part covered yard to the front, had been owned and operated by our client for a number of years.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “Our client who was looking to retire initially had a private offer that fell away late into the transaction. He then got in contact with Flude and we openly marketed the property on his behalf, which generated a good level of interest. We received a number of offers, promptly agreed terms, and the transaction completed soon after. Our client is now enjoying his retirement. Already this spring, we have overseen a number of other freehold sales and still receive regular enquiries for similar opportunities”.
