Former Holiday Cottage Now Sold

Flude are pleased to report that Danny Cottage in Alfriston Village has now sold.
The picturesque thatched roof cottage sold in conjunction with joint agents Strutt and Parker, and was sold for residential use.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “I was delighted to be involved in the sale of this charming chocolate box cottage at the foot of the South Downs. At the point of initially going to market, the property had been operating as a holiday let for many years. We then helped guide the clients to secure a certificate of lawfulness for residential use, which allowed them to sell the cottage as a residential dwelling.”
