With the steels now on site, construction is underway.
Acting for Bedford Park Developments, Flude Property Consultants have received a positive response from the initial marketing and now looking for occupiers for the last remaining units.
Flude have already exchanged on a significant number of the units, with occupiers now awaiting completion, and have the majority of others in solicitors’ hands and progressing quickly.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “We have had a positive response to the marketing and the scheme has attracted a great mix of occupiers. Interestingly, we have seen an even split in parties buying and those looking to lease, with many having already exchanged contracts. The first units in Area A are expected to complete later this year, with Areas B & C set to complete in early 2025.
