Health Service Provider Takes 5 Year Lease on North Street Unit

Flude Property Consultants were instructed to market the prominent retail unit on North Street in Chichester and have now concluded a letting to Randox Laboratories.

The property comprises of a Grade II Listed terrace building arranged over the ground floor with three upper floors suitable for office and storage use.

The unit is in a central position close to public car parks, bus and rail stations and is situated on the western side of North Street, which is fully pedestrianised. Nearby occupiers include Boots, Robert Dyas, The White Company and M&S.

Flude agreed terms for a new five year lease with Randox Laboratories at a rent of £47,500 per annum.
