The former St Juliana’s Convent on Marian Way, Bognor Regis, has been sold to Slasco Investments Limited for £1,400,000. The deal marks a significant investment into Bognor Regis.
Occupying a 0.88-acre site (including access roadway) in a prime town centre location, the property offers exceptional redevelopment and investment potential.
