Situated on a well-established trade location, the property comprises a semi-detached industrial unit that is internally arranged as storage on the southern side and as an open plan office space with WC facilities, kitchen and reception area on the northern side. The site also includes parking for 5 cars and space for loading.
We were able to agree terms for the sale to a private investor and finalise the letting of the unit which completed on the same day. Our successful marketing campaign attracted a number of individuals and limited companies, but it was Getir UK Ltd who have taken a new 6-year lease on the unit.
