Investment in Bristol Acquired for £1,460,000

Flude Property Consultants have acted on behalf of Heaver Commercial in the acquisition of the freehold interest of this long income convenience store investment in Bristol.

The price paid was £1,460,000 and was secured in the majority by Tesco’s (82%) with a WAULT of approximately 9 years. There is potential for expanding the building to provide a further unit or small residential scheme (subject to planning).

Powell Lloyd Ltd represented the vendor.
