Lizzie Cottrell Promoted to Assistant Surveyor

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Lizzie Cottrell has been promoted to assistant surveyor and joins Flude’s growing agency department. Lizzie will work across both our Portsmouth and Chichester offices.
Her main role within the agency department will be to work alongside Sebastian Martin and Mark Minchell, focusing on the acquisition and disposal of business space, retail, investment and development.
Sebastian Martin, director and head of our Portsmouth office, commented, ‘Lizzie has been an integral part of the team since joining the business two years ago and came with lots of experience having worked for nine years in the residential property sector'.
