Locally Based Developers Purchase Large Commercial Building Off-Market

Acting on behalf of a private client, we are delighted to have sold 62-64 High Street in Bognor Regis; a substantial commercial unit totalling around 11,000 sq ft of space.
The property is in a central position in Bognor Regis, on the northern side of the High Street, close to public car parks. Part of the ground floor is let to Poppins Café on a long term lease and the remainder of the ground floor and upper two floors were previously used as a gym.
Our initial instructions were to market the vacant part of the building on a ‘to let’ basis, but we were able to identify and agree terms for the unconditional sale to a locally based property development company.
