Flude Property Consultants have concluded the sale of 14 Shore Road in East Wittering.
The property comprised a mixed use investment with the ground floor lock-up shop occupied by Henry Adams estate agents at a rent of £15,000 per annum exclusive. The two upper floors have recently converted from offices to form a luxury residential three bedroom apartment which was available with vacant possession.
The property sold to a private investor.
