Flude Property Consultants have recently completed the freehold sale of an investment / development opportunity in Fareham.
The property comprised a three-storey building arranged as a large vacant ground floor commercial unit with two upper floors which are currently used as an offices. There is potential in the future to convert the uppers and maybe the ground floor rear to residential (STP).
The property was sold to a private investor for £272,500.
