Modern Trade Counter at Chichester Trade Centre Let to Strukta Group

Flude Property Consultants are pleased that Unit 4 at Chichester Trade Centre has been let to Strukta Group; a specialist building products and supplies merchant.
The self-contained industrial / warehouse trade counter unit, totalling approximately 3,490 sq ft of space, was let with allocated onsite parking for 5 cars.
Strukta Group join YESSS Electrical, HPS and Halfords who are already in occupation at Chichester Trade Centre.
Chichester Trade Centre is located on the northern side of the A27 south coast trunk road, a short distance from Chichester city centre.
