Please join us at Lineside Industrial Estate between 11:30am and 2pm to view Unit 35; a new prominent warehouse / trade counter premises developed by Legal & General. Units 33, 34 and 36 have all been let and this is the last remaining unit.
Unit 35 offers a total of 2,204 sq ft warehouse space and 470 sq ft of office space. The unit measures a total of 2,674 sq ft.

It is within walking distance of both Littlehampton Railway Station and the adjacent retail park where the occupiers include Tesco, Currys and Wickes.
