We are thrilled to announce several well-deserved promotions within our team!

Firstly, Alex Minchell who has been promoted to Senior Surveyor. In his seven years at Flude, Alex has demonstrated an expansive knowledge base and his recent achievement of passing his APC and becoming an RICS Registered Valuer is a testament to his dedication and expertise.

Secondly, Alice Masterman who has been promoted to Senior Surveyor. Since joining Flude, Alice has taken it upon herself to develop her knowledge and become a successful agent. Her recent accomplishment of passing her APC and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, coupled with her continued efforts in promoting herself and our firm, highlights her excellent skills and continued commitment to excellence.

Thirdly, Brandon White who has been promoted to Senior Surveyor. Brandon joined Flude Property Consultants with nearly eight years’ experience in commercial property, all across the Sussex County. Since being with Flude, he has established himself in the West Sussex market and now taking the lead on the Industrial & Warehousing sector.

Lastly, Nick Martin has been promoted to Surveying Executive. Nick joined Flude Property Consultants in April 2022 to work within the firm’s agency department. His collaboration with Ed Deslandes continues to contribute to Flude’s success in the Brighton office market. Nick’s commitment to personal growth, evidenced by his undertaking of a degree in Real Estate, continue to reflect his dedication to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
