We are delighted to have agreed the lease assignment of this restaurant premises with a premium to Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz.
The property is located in the centre of Havant and is fully fitted as a restaurant on the ground floor, together with a self-contained first floor flat. Externally, there was parking and loading at the rear.
Bangerz ‘n’ Burgerz are a chain of restaurants that specialise in handcrafted burgers, craft ales and trendy artwork. They have restaurants across the South Coast and their newest location in Havant will be their 5th restaurant opening. Visit their website here.
