Seafront Pub Letting Completion

Flude Property Consultants have just concluded the letting of Waverley Public House on the seafront in Aldwick, West Sussex.
The pub was previously tenanted by London Brewers Youngs, who vacated at the end of their lease. A new tenant was then quickly found, with the lease completing earlier this month.
The pub is located in a prime seafront position, with a large sun terrace that overlooks the beach and a function room at the rear.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “Our initial marketing attracted a good number of enquires and viewings, with terms quickly being agreed. A smooth transition of tenancy then took place, keeping the existing staff in jobs. This completion follows the recent letting of the Carlton Hotel, which is located further along the seafront in Bognor Regis.”
