Successful Staff Training and Wellbeing Afternoon

The respective offices of Flude Property Consultants closed on Tuesday the 7th of September for a staff training and wellbeing afternoon.
The Flude team attended an afternoon of team building at the Roffey Park Institute in Horsham. We competed in four teams to win the ‘Diamond Challenge’ and had fun working in groups of 5 of 6 to complete challenges such as ‘Mind Burst’, ‘Nuclear Rescue’, and ‘Egg in Space’. The afternoon finished with a BBQ in the Sussex sunshine.
With 36 members of staff to include 5 new members of the team recruited over the past 2 months, the event provided the opportunity to catch up, meet new colleagues and feel part of a team; an important part of the culture and ethos of the firm.
Covid has impacted the ability for our three offices in Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth to be together since early 2020 and we are delighted to have reunited with such a positive and fulfilling afternoon.
