Tom Woodward Joins Flude Property Consultants as a Junior Surveyor

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce that Tom Woodward has joined our Brighton office as a junior surveyor.
Tom joins Flude on a yearlong work placement before he finishes his final year of study at Loughborough University. Following his graduation, it is his intention to take an RICS accredited postgraduate degree with a view to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
His role at Flude will be to assist the property management department and to support our existing management team of surveyors; Roger Woudman, Beau Prince, Kim Barnard, Vanessa Williams and Alex Minchell.
Roger Woudman commented, “We are very excited to welcome Tom to the ever-growing Property Management department, where we will help to foster and develop his knowledge and involvement in the commercial property world”.
Tom Woodward commented, “I am delighted to be joining Flude and the property management team for my placement year, invaluably complementing my degree. I am eager to develop my understanding of commercial property and real estate whilst also gaining hands-on experience of a career in property”.
