Two Industrial Lettings Complete in the First Week of February

It’s been a busy start to February with two industrial units having already completed.
These include the lettings of 2,008 sq ft at Fairway Business Centre in Brighton to a coffee roaster, and a further 3,780 sq ft at Unit 9 Newhaven Industrial Park to a dried flowers distributer.
Both lettings were to expanding local companies that had outgrown their existing spaces.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “It’s been a promising start to February with these two industrial lettings. This type of space continues to be highly sought after and as ever there is still very little availability”.
