Western Road, Hove Sale Completed

Flude Property Consultants have just completed the freehold sale of 119-120 Western Road, Hove.
The property was formed of two separate commercial units that we had previously let. The ground floor retail unit trades as an estate agent, whilst the first and second floors are let as offices.
With the unit fully let, the freeholder asked if we could assist in the sale of the freehold, as they sought to invest the proceeds into a new project elsewhere.
Terms were promptly agreed to a local cash funded buyer and the transaction completed just before Easter.
