On behalf of a private client, Flude Property Consultants are pleased to announce a further off-market sale in Peacehaven negotiated behind the scenes by Will Thomas.
The freehold interest comprised of two ground floor commercial retail units and two residential flats on first floor. The sale was subject to the existing leases and tenancies already in place.
Director, Will Thomas, commented, “Following the recent sale of another freehold on South Coast Road, I was asked to advise on the possible disposal of the property by the owners who had received some local private interest already. It was quickly established that the offers they had received to date were on the low side and we successfully introduced and agreed terms with a new buyer at stronger terms”.
