Yorkshire Building Society Purchase Vacant High Street Unit in Fareham

Thursday 11 November 2021

We are delighted to have completed the sale of this large unit on a busy pedestrianised high street in Fareham. The property was sold on behalf of Fareham Borough Council who instructed Flude to market and sell the property.

The accommodation comprises a self-contained double fronted ground floor retail unit with self-contained uppers over the first and second floors. The freehold was offered with vacant procession.

The property was purchased by Yorkshire Building Society who will join nearby occupiers Natwest, Caffè Nero, Iceland and The Crown Inn.

George Cook commented, “There is nothing better than meeting a purchaser to hand over the keys to their new commercial property. The building was sold to Yorkshire Building Society who are showing great confidence in the High Street and represents a real coup for Fareham Town Centre”.
