Westmount Caravan Park is a static holiday caravan park located off Warners Lane and comprises 2.1 acres and is licenced for 33 vans (of which four are vacant). The caravans may only be used between 1st March and 31st October. This park has mains water, drainage and electricity.
GOATHLANDS CARAVAN PARK
Goathlands Caravan Park is again a static holiday caravan park located off Montalan Crescent and comprises 1.46 acres and is licensed for 27 vans. Again the caravans may only be used between 1st March and 31st October each year. Goathlands has mains electricity, drainage and water.
There are two vacant pitches and one new stock caravan to be sold.
MONTALAN CRESCENT
The seven individual plots (all occupied) on Montalan Crescent are very close to Goathlands but have full year residential use. These pitches area all approximately 0.07 acres in size and each pitch has a concrete base and are fenced. The occupiers on Montalan Crescent all pay their own council tax as these are assessed as dwellings.
Plots on Montalan Crescent have regularly sold for £100,000 each.
