11 Strong Freehold Investment Portfolio Now Sold

We are pleased to report the recent sale of the Broxwood Portfolio.
The portfolio consisted of 11 mainly retail and residential freehold properties, which were spread across various locations in Brighton and Hove.
Terms were agreed on the sales during lockdown, with majority of sites selling in excess of the guide prices.
The sale of this portfolio at such a sensitive time goes to show the strength of the Brighton and Hove commercial property market.
