Alex Roberts is Promoted to Associate

Flude Property Consultants are delighted to announce the promotion of Alex Roberts to Associate.
The well-deserved promotion comes after Alex passed his APC assessment first time in May of this year to become a Chartered Surveyor after also completing his MSc through Flude Property Consultants. Alex has worked incredibly hard and Flude congratulate him for his efforts.
Andrew Halfacree, Director, commented, “Alex joined us as a graduate in 2015. After joining us he undertook an MSc in Real Estate at University College of Estate Management. After completing the MSc, Alex went through our RICS approved APC training programme taking his APC in early May and passing first time. Alex is the 11th person to have undertaken their APC training and obtained Chartered Surveyor status with us. He is to be particularly admired on this front as the final months of his training, together with his final exams, were disrupted by Covid.
Alex has worked in all aspects of the business. His particular area of interest is the industrial and warehouse market in Sussex. He has developed excellent knowledge of this market and will now specialize in this area undertaking agency and professional work for both landlord and tenant clients.
