News Update – 11 Bed Guest House Lease Successfully Assigned

Flude Property Consultants have successfully assigned the lease of this 11 bed guest house in the busy Brighton area of Kemptown.


The property is situated on the western side of Charlotte Street and runs parallel to the vibrant and diverse St James’s Street and Edward Street. Charlotte Street is a short walk away from Brighton Pier, the seafront and Brighton Town Centre.


The guest house is arranged over four floors and has owner’s accommodation, which comprises as a one bedroom flat with a small courtyard and its own entrance from street level.


This represents the latest hotel transaction dealt with by Will Thomas, who heads the retail and leisure agency team at Flude Property Consultants. Will commented, 'our clients had held the lease for a number of years and had run under management, as an annex to their other hotel, which we sold earlier this year. The hotel has been assigned to a local operator who plans to add it to their growing portfolio in the city'.
