Flude Commercial incorporating Garner Wood are delighted to announce that we are rebranding as Flude Property Consultants. The rebrand will include a new name, a modernised logo and a refreshed colour scheme.

The change follows the firm’s 25 years in business operating in the South Coast property market. Opening for business in Brighton in 1996, expanding with our Chichester office in 2011 and, most recently, the addition of our office in Portsmouth following an agreement to take on parts of the Garner Wood business. Flude has now grown to be one of the largest surveying practices in the South East and on the South Coast.

We are a conscientious, commercially minded and creative practice working in an increasingly challenging, diverse and competitive industry and wanted our corporate identity to reflect so.  The rebrand to Flude Property Consultants - with an updated name and logo - aligns with the company’s aim of offering a high level professional service across all property types.

Mark Minchell, Director of Flude Chichester, commented, 'our business has evolved since it was started by Ed Flude and Andrew Halfacree some 24 years ago. Whilst our focus is commercial property, it is apparent that business premises need to adapt, other uses such as healthcare and residential now occupy what would have been perceived historically as commercial space. We have been advising our clients on all property types be they traditional commercial, healthcare, leisure and residential over many years. Undergoing this rebrand was a natural progression in demonstrating Flude’s ability to adapt and provide the advice that our clients need in the ever changing property sector. It also sees the parts of the Garner Wood business we have taken on now branded fully under the Flude banner’.
